Photo Editing in Different Apps
Anyone who has dabbled in photography even a little knows that it's nearly impossible to take the perfect photo while out and about with your camera. Never fear, however, for with today's technology, you can take a dark imperfect photo and work a little editing magic to make it a photo you love showing off. Today, I'm going to show you my different ways of editing a photo that I primarily use. For both examples, I'll be using the photo from above. This photo was taken during the summer of 2020 at the Badlands National Park. I shot this photo on my Canon EOS REBEL T5i. As you can see, it's a bit dark, and not necessarily the most pleasing to look at. A lot of the details are lost.

Paranormal Activity?
One of my favorite things that exist in this great big orb of a planet that we call home is the concept of the paranormal. It’s such a large umbrella term that fits so much underneath it. Ghosts, demons, monsters, creatures of lore, aliens, and even places fall within the realm of the paranormal. Now I’ll be the first to admit that I’m a bit of a paranormal junkie. I’ve seen a lot of the shows going into various paranormal places. Usually to do with hauntings or the like, and they go for so many different approaches. They’ll check for magnetic fields that shouldn’t be there. They’ll look for abnormally hot or cold spots. Anything out of the ordinary.

An exception
Astrology is such a fascinating thing. It ascribes to you, from the moment of birth, some traits that are yours simply because of when and where you're born! Some people write it off as nonsense. Others let it dictate their every move. Regardless of where you fall in that spectrum, chances are you've done at least some research into what your sign is supposed to say about you. I know I have. My research has led me to several conclusions, but I'll get to those in a minute. First, let's talk about what being a Virgo is supposed to say about me.

Bye Bye Valentine
It's easy to get caught up in the whirlwind romances that Valentine's Day (And the Hallmark Channel) want you to be ensnared in. It's also just as easy to be beyond that and frankly just despise the holiday. This is especially true if you're single. It's incredibly easy to watch all the happy couples going about doing their couple-y things and get jealous and angry. I have a bit of advice, though. Don't do that.

Confession Time
Alright, you’ve found this hidden envelope. That means you’re worthy of the story that it contains. It’s time for a little honesty, and I think you’re just the person to receive it. What you do with the information afterwards is up to you. To start my story, I need to drop one major truth on you. Gods are real, though none of the ones that you humans have created are perfectly accurate.

Welcome to Kenosha
Welcome to Kenosha, and yes, I do mean that Kenosha. It’s the place I’ve always called home even when I didn’t live here. It’s a very special place right on Lake Michigan. Anyone who lives here has probably called it Kenowhere jokingly once or twice, referring to the fact that it’s a small city that has dreams of being a big city like Chicago or Milwaukee. The irony is that this past year thrust my hometown in to the national spotlight.
