A dragon is a reptile-like legendary creature that appears in the folklore of many cultures worldwide. Beliefs about dragons vary considerably through regions, but dragons in western cultures since the High Middle Ages have often been depicted as winged, horned, four-legged, and capable of breathing fire. Dragons in eastern cultures are usually depicted as wingless, four-legged, serpentine creatures with above-average intelligence. Commonalities between dragons’ traits are often a hybridization of feline, avian, and reptilian features. Scholars believe huge extinct or migrating crocodiles bear the closest resemblance, especially when encountered in forested or swampy areas, and are most likely the template of modern Oriental dragon

Grandpa, daddy
I decided to write this piece about my beloved grandfather. I really didn’t know my biological father. He left when I was a baby. I was sick when I was born and had to have extensive surgery before I was six months I’m sure it scared him. It would have been nice to have them both in my life but at least I did have my grandfather, he was truly the best.

Paradise
Before we begin our story let me introduce myself. My name is Samantha and no not Sam for short, I don’t like that. It’s Samantha. Anyways where should I begin. Should I start with the present and go backwards or start with the past and work our way to now or perhaps somewhere in between. That always seems to be every writer’s dilemma doesn’t it.
