Bethesda Game Studios Is Digging Themselves a Grave
Bethesda Gaming company, best known for titles such as the Elder Scrolls series and the Fallout franchise seems to be in hot water yet again. Seems they can now add plagiarism to the ever-growing list of things they’ve tried to get away with. The newest content sure to arrive for the Elder Scrolls franchise titled “Elsweyr” was lifted from a Dungeons and Dragons Campaign, and copied almost to the exact likeness by Wizards of the Coast, owners of D&D. This company didn’t even have the decency to make an original character; they copied one straight from the D&D campaign they used titled “The Black Road” written by Paige Leitman and Ben Heisler published back in 2016.

The Battle of Winterfell Was an Epic Masterpiece
The Battle of Winterfell arrived on our television screens last night after weeks of anticipated waiting. Millions of people watched as the denizens of Winterfell, as well as Daenerys Targaryen’s armies, prepared to wage war with the Night King and his vast, undead army. Almost every main character to grace our televisions was in attendance for this glorious battle.

Depression Can Make You Feel Like You're Drowning, but You're Not
I’m suffocating. I can’t breathe. My feelings are shutting down. I’m obliviously numb to any sort of feeling or emotion. I don’t want to talk to anyone, don’t want to hang out with friends; everything that I love, everything that I have fun doing, does not bring happiness into my life; it’s as I’m drowning and no one is helping, they are just watching me fall to the bottom.

'Game of Thrones' Season 8 Premieres to One Billion Viewers
Winter is finally here. We’ve waited a whole year to be whisked back into the lands of the Seven Kingdoms. Game of Thrones, the beloved fantasy show from HBO has returned for its eighth, and final season, with over a billion people watching with anticipated glee. When last we left the denizens of Westeros, The Night King had captured one of Daenerys’ dragons, and turned it into a... white walker type-ish dragon? I don’t know the exact term for what you would call it but yeah... That’s not good.

Mental Illness Is a Prison
I’ll be the first to admit that I’m not okay. Every thought that runs through my head is plagued by thoughts of just ending my life. I have periods when I’m completely fine, and then other times I enter this black hole of sadness with no way out. I feel nothing. Every bad decision, every single interaction I’ve had is corrupted into sadness. It’s a vicious cycle with no end.

The Health Benefits of Marijuana
Ganja, Reefer, the Devil’s Lettuce, Weed. Call it what you will, but everyone knows it as one thing: Marijuana. For centuries it’s been used to treat medical ailments. One part of the marijuana plant known as cannabidiol (CBD) is used in many supplements to treat things such as chronic pain, depression, anxiety, and in some cases, alcoholism and opioid dependency. Supplements include gummy vitamins, vape juice, and pills.

The FDA Wants to Ban Flavored E-Juice, Endangering Millions of Americans
Imagine this. The government or some other higher authority banned something that you enjoyed; whether it be sweets, television, video games, etc. Now, I know what you’re thinking, “That could never happen, right? We live in the land of the free, the United States of America. Surely they couldn’t take away something we enjoy on a daily basis cause that would just be evil. It could never happen.”

Vaping Can Save Your Life
I started smoking when I was 15. I stole a pack of my father’s cigarettes and went to school. I wanted to be one of the cool kids. (This was also in the early 90s when cigarettes weren’t $12 a pack) I never thought this very pack of cigarettes would send me into a downward spiral. In hindsight, I never thought I would stop smoking, that Lung cancer was a myth and couldn’t touch me. I was a stupid kid and an even stupider young adult.

'Critical Role' Kickstarter Hits $7.5 Million in 48 Hours
I’m a special kind of nerd: One that obsesses over things such as Doctor Who, World of Warcraft, Destiny, etc. Once I get to liking something, you can’t shut me up about it. I’d like to introduce you to my husband, Scott. This fine man LOVES Dungeons and Dragons. It’s one of his highest passions to talk about, and I’m happy to hear about what brings out the spark in his eyes when he talks about something he loves.

Being a Friend with Benefits Broke Me
Hey, Are you sitting down? Do you have a cup of coffee? Good. Get comfortable because I’m about to tell you a story; one about me. I’m about to take you down a road into my life that not very many people know the path to. Sit back, relax, and delve with me into a deep part of my past; one that gives me nightmares at times, and makes me feel guilty, but also strengthens me and makes me a part of who I am today.
