A new relationship and an old friend
I got a call from an old friend that I hadn’t seen in a about 4 years. Lorenzo. I met him at QT while we were both at work. My partner introduced us, and we’ve been friends ever since. He was tall, thyck, bald and handsome. His deep voice resonated in the air every time he spoke. My partner and I would chill at his place when we had “down time” at work which wasn’t often. Lorenzo drove a tow truck, but he went further and started driving big rigs. His job transferred him to another state, so we could only talk to each other. Life happens and eventually, we stopped calling each other. It went from daily, to monthly, to every few months.

I was intrigued. He seemed different. Quiet, Shy. He had a similar look to someone from my past. Maybe that’s what drew me to him. His actions were strange, but he appeared unlike any other before him. This is a mind-numbing cautionary tale. “Everything that looks good, a’int good for ya.”
To see him is an awe-inspiring feat. To be with him was unlike any other. The acrobatics that ensued are legendary, unforgettable, and breathtaking.
Inspiration strikes when you least expect it. The first day we met was interesting to say the least. I was hungry and didn’t want to cook, so before going home I ventured out to the local seafood place. Walked in, placed my order and that’s when I saw him, and he saw me. I wanted to be bold as usual, but something was holding me back. I looked, as I thought, a mess. Ponytail and a t-shirt dress. Nails barely done and a flip-flop, I had a cast on the other. He just continued to stare. As I waited for my food, I would catch him in a glance. It was cute and so was he. I moved into his general direction and waited for one of us to say something to one another. He noticed my foot and made a joke. I thought, “it’s about time” and smiled. “24”, my food was ready. He asked me “How did you get your food faster than me and I was here before you?” I shrugged my shoulders and told him it must have been what He ordered and laughed as I walked out the door.
I was going to Wal-Mart to stock up on a few snacks for my road trip. As I was getting out of my car, I noticed a big rig and the guy climbing out of it. All I could do was stare as he ascended down the stairs, with his massive thighs and swollen arms. His muscles distended in the sunlight as he walked towards me. The closer he got to me the wetter I became. Looking like Stokely from Mint Condition. I was hooked.
