She Left Me
It was a Saturday. I was upstairs. My wife came up and she asked me to come downstairs. When I got to the living room, my parents were there. My wife said that they were going to take me to their home in another city for a few weeks while she and our kids had a break from me. I have mental illness and due to other life circumstances, I was not doing quite as well as I would have liked. So, it seemed like she just wanted a breather and then we would get together in a few weeks' time and work on patching things up.

Donald Trump, DON'T SHOOT!
What in the world is Donald Trump thinking this time??? Yesterday, the man made some pretty intense threats against Central American migrants heading north towards the US right now, calling for possible military force to be used against them.

New Slipknot Music!
The first time I saw Slipknot live, I couldn't believe what I was seeing. It was mass chaos. The crowd was insane. There was more people on the stage than I've ever seen in band. They were leaping into the crowd. I remember being kicked in the head by one of the guys from the band as he dove in. It was loud, intense, the light show was seizure educing. They jumped around, slammed into each other, pounded on metal beer kegs. Well, anyone who knows the band is pretty darn familiar with this anyway. This was at least 20 years ago now, when I was much younger and they were much younger. They had this insane, intense energy that the young seem to be able to have and sustain.

When It Comes to Divisiveness, Trump Is Not the Only One to Blame
America is having a bit of a crisis right now. It is deeply divided, and it only appears to be getting worse. The most extreme case is the fact that a man, identified as Cesar Sayoc, has been arrested as a suspect in sending crude, homemade explosives to a variety of left-leaning critics of President Donald Trump including former President Obama, Hillary and Bill Clinton among others, as well as CNN.

Limp Bizkit: Greatest Band Ever?
There was a time, in the late 90s and early aughts when one band seemed to reign supreme. That was Limp Bizkit. But, it didn't take long before they fell out of fashion to become one of the most despised bands in the world. Lead singer Fred Durst became, well, probably the most hated man in music. In fact, more often than not, when you hear the name Fred Durst it seems to be accompanied by the not-so pleasant descriptor... douche. He is seen as an overly aggressive frat boy in a goofy backwards red cap who says obnoxious and offensive things. And it caused people to grow tired of him pretty quick.
