Clutter disorder could be the precursor to hoarding
From childhood, I have been the one to have things cluttered. My coat pocket would have cookie crumbs and tissues, my pocketbook would be filled with junk, and my desk and locker at school were never neat. I tried really hard and had days where I put everything in its place and threw away the excess. Unfortunately, it never lasted. As a teenager, I was the one whose nail polish would chip and my hair would often be out of place. Once a month I would reorganize my clothing and personal belongings, throwing away things I did not need only to be in the same predicament later.

Brock did not even know he had a daughter until many years later and eventually formed a bond with her.
'General Hospital' couples may shift direction
General Hospital viewers are beginning to express their disappointment regarding the direction of a number of Port Charles couples. Storylines have quite a few people in limbo and spoilers are suggesting all kinds of wacky hookups. One thing that is constant on the soaps is change. This was proven when on The Young and the Restless the character of Chance Chancellor was written out on weeks after he married Abby Newman and they were planning on having a baby. The writers often make decisions that fans disagree with so let's take a look at some of the possibilities in Port Chuck and see where they may lead.
Stranger than fiction
It all started with a $20.00 bill in March of 2004. My husband and I decided to walk to a hardware store that was about a mile away and stop at the nearby McDonalds on the way home. When we got there I realized that I was missing a $20.00 bill. I had put the money in my coat pocket because when I’m walking I don’t want to carry a handbag. I was distraught and my spouse pointed out that I should have put a change purse in my coat pocket.
Judy Reed the first black woman to receive a US patent
You probably never heard of Judy Reed but she left a mark on society as the first African American female on record to ever receive a US patent. American society loves to announce when someone has been the first in a category. Specifically, since Joe Biden has become president we have been introduced to members of his cabinet who are the first African American, black woman, Native American, Hindu, Catholic, and LBGT to hold their respective offices. Their names will go down in history just like Judy Reed, although there actually is not much that is known about this black female innovator.
‘The Young and the Restless’ spoilers: Victoria attempts sabotage on Valentine’s Day
Fans of The Young and the Restless were hoping that Victoria Newman was about to settle down and leave the green eyed monster behind. She admitted to her ex that she was jealous that her children like his new love interest. She even confided in her mother that she is feeling some kind of way about Lily dating Billy. Instead of backing off, however, Victor Newman’s daughter is going to show herself to be every bit as ruthless as her father. According to Soap Dirt the current Newman CEO is going to ruin Valentine’s Day for the Bill and Lil.
Downtown Roanoke and Grandin Village are beloved locations
This article will focus on two specific areas in the city where I now live that are near and dear to my heart and special to many people in this area. I live in Roanoke Virginia and one of the highlights is Grandin Village and the other is the downtown area. This cover photo is of my daughter, Kiesha seated in the tree lined neighborhood of Grandin Road that evokes images of Main Street USA. The following photo is my son Michael who is standing inside of the Hotel Roanoke Conference Center.
A healthy side effect related to COVID-19
There is nothing good about COVID-19 and the havoc it has brought upon the world, but there has been one positive side effect. Perhaps you may not have noticed it but I have and it's pretty amazing. The social distancing, washing of hands, wearing masks, disinfecting, and sanitizing have led to fewer people complaining of colds, flu, and pneumonia. I base this on my Facebook newsfeed as well as what I see around me. For decades I have observed that between Thanksgiving and Valentine's Day a lot of people say they are sick. This year, thus far that has not been the case.
