The Young and the Restless has a rich history that was barely tapped into during the throw back episodes while the show was on hiatus. There are memorable characters who played a part in setting the stage for much of what is enjoyed by fans today who were not showcased. One such person was Cash Cashman who was portrayed by the late John Gibson. Longtime fans of the CBS daytime drama may recall this lovable scoundrel but if you first tuned in after 1982 you probably don’t have a clue. Let’s take a trip down memory lane and refresh ourselves with and or introduce this iconic character to new generations and explore his role in Genoa City history.
General Hospital fans are wondering who deemed Carly Corinthos the queen of the universe and gave her the authority to run other people's lives? Sonny's wife has been very self-righteous lately with both Ava Jerome and Nina Reeves as if she is living a squeaky clean life. Carly is the epitome of someone throwing stones while living in a glass house. She takes it upon herself to decide what is best for everyone else as if they cannot think for themselves. She has a disastrous track record yet continually inserts herself into the personal business of other Port Charles residents.
I grew up in a county where everyone had a garden and ate healthy, except me. My cousins and friends would grab veggies straight out of the garden and eat apples, plums, pears, cherries, and persimmons right off the trees. For whatever reason, I had a strange appetite and no desire to eat fruits and veggies. As I got older and began understanding the role nutrition plays in our overall health, I began trying and enjoying more fresh foods. There are vegetables that I will eat when they are together in a garden salad, and radishes just happen to be one.
Tuesday on The Bold and the Beautiful as Liam was talking with Hope, about his betrayal, there was another conversation going on. Steffy was coming clean to Finn about her night with her ex. Both Hope and Finn remained clearheaded and asked all the right questions. Liam went on and on about how he wants his life to be with his wife and she appreciated his honesty. Hope responded by saying she loves her husband and their family but it will take time to get over this situation if ever. She said she would try her best for the sake of the children to get past her heartbreak. She did bring up the fact that Liam always returns to Steffy. The episode ended just as Liam was about to admit that Steffy is pregnant and he might be the father.

I was stunned but not surprised to hear that Trump supporters attacked an innocent black female in LA last Wednesday. Video shows the senseless mob going after the woman who was simply walking nearby. She says they called her the N-word and shouted “Black Lives Don't Matter." I am an avid walker and often go out alone and I ponder that this could have been me or my daughter. Donald Trump has so riled up his base that they are going after any and everyone and it’s scary. I now have to be concerned that a MAGA maniac might not like one of my online stories about Trump and come after me.
When it comes to nutrition there are no quick fixes or miracles in a bottle. There are, however, certain foods that pack a lot more nutrition than others and are considered super foods. One of these is parsley which is a species of flowering plant that is native to the central and eastern Mediterranean regions. Perhaps you thought this was nothing more than a garnish but keep reading and you will be pleasantly surprised. Parsley can be found growing in Israel, Sardinia, Spain, Turkey, Algeria, Greece, Lebanon, southern Italy, Cyprus, Portugal, Malta, Morocco, and Tunisia. Parsley is not a seasonal food so you can purchase it all year long. Parsley flakes will be found on the spice aisle in most grocery stores.
First Lady Melania Trump recently pleaded with the nation to stop the violence. What she did not do was mention the fact that her husband is the one who started it all. Mrs. Trump was quoted as saying “I implore people to stop the violence, never make assumptions based on the color of a person’s skin or use differing political ideologies as a basis for aggression and viciousness,” she added. ” “We must listen to one another, focus on what unites us, and rise above what divides us.” This is laughable to many Americans because the President is the one who has been dividing us since before he won the 2016 election. Some are saying that he should have been the first to get the memo before she spoke to the general public.
