Next on 'The Young and the Restless': Chance Seeks Answers, Colin Is Coy, Jill Annoyed and Phyllis Super Sleuths
On Monday's episode of The Young and the Restless the stage was set for several storylines to move along and perhaps be concluded. Devon was shocked when Chance showed up and said he had nothing to do with the new will pages. Devon blasted Phillip IV and said if he had bothered to return a phone call, he would never have signed away his billions. Chance explained that he was on an assignment and was not allowed to make contact. Both men turned on Cane, who insisted he is innocent. Chance said he was going to the Maldives to get his own answers and Cane begged him not to go. It's not clear if Mr. Ashby is trying to save his own skin, his father's or both, but he clearly does not want Jill's grandson to find answers.

Paula White Continues to Scam the Faithful out of Money
If you have ever followed Paula White's television ministry you can tell in advance what she will say and when to fill her coffers with money. Each spring when Jewish people are observing Passover, this Christian preacher tells the viewing audience to send her a special Passover seed, AKA money, so they will receive a supernatural financial windfall from heaven. It is common in word of faith ministries to fleece the flock by utilizing specific dates on the calendar or Bible verses. On New Year's Eve it is common for preachers in the word of faith fellowship to ask for a specific sum that ties into the coming year. In 2000, people across the land were asked to give $2,000, $200, or $20.00 based on their personal situation. I've watched TV preachers ask for $633 because they were discussing Matthew 6:33 as an example.

TMZ Accused of Fake News Relating to Tyler Christopher and Days of Our Lives
Soap Dirt is calling out TMZ for not getting the facts straight regarding two stories that were reported last week. While the news outlet has brought forth accurate breaking news, they often mislead their followers by posting inaccurate information. This is what recently took place in regard to the NBC daytime drama Days of Our Lives and a former actor on the program. TMZ announced that the entire cast of Days of Our Lives had been laid off and implied the show might be cancelled. The truth of the matter is that Days had been on a schedule where they filmed for eight months straight, unlike other soaps that air their material about two months after taping. The DOOL executives decided to go the route of other shows as a cost saving measure. The cast had already taped enough episodes to last through March of 2020 so everyone is on a temporary hiatus until time to sign new contracts next spring.

Thomas Forrester's Amazing Comeback
Spoiler alerts for The Bold and the Beautiful all concur that Thomas Forrester is alive. What loyal fans need now are answers regarding what happened after he fell into the vat of hydrohalic acid. Ridge and Taylor's son was shown floating face up after Hope shoved him off the catwalk. How is it that his body was not eaten by the acid? Why did he not cry out in pain after the burning liquid consumed him? The shock alone should have caused him problems and how was he able to get out? Something about the ordeal does not sound right and there obviously are pieces missing to this puzzle.

Phyllis May Find the True Nature of Adam and Chance's Connection
For months on The Young and the Restless, Phillip Chancellor IV's name has been mentioned. First in connection with Adam Newman in Vegas and later in connection with Katherine Chancellor's will. Devon and Jill tried unsuccessfully to reach him and it was said that he was working deep undercover with the government. Cane traveled to Sin City to find his former partner in crime and never found him. Phyllis also went to Nevada attempting to figure out the connection between the Newman bad boy and Jill's grandson. She came away empty as well. Soap Dirt points out that the only known indiscretion of Nina's son is when he had Cane Ashby come to Genoa City using his identity.
