General Hospital fans wonder when Sonny will return
Maurice Bernard remains mum about when his character Sonny Corinthos will return to General Hospital. He was last seen when he fell from a bridge after Julian Jerome died. Sonny's wife Carly is taking matters into her own hands and trying to handle Cyrus Renault. She even had his mother kidnapped which is something her husband would never have done. Everyone has been looking for Sonny without any luck and on Friday the police changed the situation from a search and rescue to a recovery.

Cane and Lily Ashby were a beloved couple on The Young and the Restless with a beautiful family. They had teenage twins Charlie and Mattie and Lily had committed to being a mom to little Sam. Suddenly and without warning. Mrs. Ashby changed her tune. She informed her husband that looking at his youngest son reminded her that the child was conceived during his drunken night with Juliet. A healthier approach to the New Year
Each of us is different which means that our methods of obtaining better health will not be the same. While some are embarking upon Dry January I’ve decided to use alcohol in moderation as part of my regimine to improve my health. I can take a drink or leave it and go for 6 or 8 months without an alcoholic beverage. I do not over indulge during the holidays and have no problem just saying no. If you are prone to alcoholism please do not use it for your health because too much will not benefit you and might actually do harm.

Trump lied- the election was not stolen
I had no idea that just 2 weeks away from the presidential inauguration this issue would still need to be addressed, yet here we are. The 2020 election was not rigged. Donald Trump knew he was going to lose so he made up this lie during the summer. He continued to repeat over and over and over until it was down in the souls of his followers. I recall my grandmother telling me as a child to never let anyone else furnish my brains. Trump supporters allowed a man who had lied every day of his time in office to convince them that a lie was true. He told them to stop the certification of Joe Biden as president and now 5 people are dead. Ignorant Americans, many who were critical of BLM acted like animals and committed federal crimes.

‘General Hospital’ might put Taggert and Jordan together
Real Andrews recently put the question to General Hosputal fans of whether or not they want to see Taggert and Jordan together. This is not surprising to viewers who saw this coming a mile away. The duo once worked together but kept tings professional. Taggert was married to Portia and Trina is their daughter. Back in the dayPortia had an affair with Curtis who is currently married to Jordan. She assured him Trina is not his daughter but many GH fans think otherwise. If Taggaert and Jordan give in to passion this might lead Curtis and Portia to rekindle their relationship.

Do you want to build a snowman?
The world is reeling from soaring coronavirus cases and deaths. Americans are trying to come to grips with the mob that stormed the White House and trashed offices of elected officials. Children can no longer attend school or pursue their extracurricular activities as they did prior to 20/20. In the mist of the chaos and uncertainty my granddaughter Jayla did something simple yet amazing. This bright 8 year old made a determination to just be a kid. Jayla Grace decided to build a snowman. Her mom sent me the photo earlier today after we received about an inch of snow in our city. This action by my granddaughter reminded me that we all need to stop for a few moments, take the time and have the presence of mind to call forth our inner child.

I can be what I want to be in my own little corner
In 1965, I was 7 years old and watched Rodgers and Hamrtstein’s musical version of Cinderella for the first time. My maternal great grandmother and I were in the tiny living room of our home enjoying this program on our black and white television set. This one hour special presentation was aired annually for quite some time and I eagerly looked forward to watching it each year. One of my favorite moments in the program, which now is a fond memory is when Leslie Ann Warren as Cinderella sings “ In my own little corner.” Her imagination soars in this special location where she sits among the cinders. It’s a private place no one can harm her. She pretends she is so many things to take her mind off of her current situation. The beginning lyrics to the song follow and are in italics.

Trump supporters wanted to murder Mike Pence by hanging him
Jake Tapper just announced on CNN that some of the people involved in the attack on the White House desired to take the life of Bice President Mike Pence. This just shows how crazed and out of control these fanatical Trumpsters are. The Vice President has been loyal to his boss these past 4 years and remained silent through a lot of the drama that was caused by number 45. The reason some of those in the mob wanted the Bice President to die is because they believe he turned his back on Donald Trump. This stems from the fact that the Presidents dent ordered Mike Pence to find a way to overturn the election results but Pence would not.

Welcome Sweet New Year I Greet Thee In Song
As 2020 transitioned into 2021I made a decision regarding New Year's resolutions. I would make only one and work hard to fulfill it. The song Welcome Sweet Springtime came to mind. The first line is; "Welcome Sweet Springtime we greet thee in song." I decided to greet each day of the New Year with a song. Research indicates that singing can be very therapeutic and after 2020, I dare say everyone needs a little music therapy. The Carpenters had a hit with Sing a Song and the lyrics are self-explanatory.
