FYI: Interesting facts about early morning frost
You have no doubt seen the glistening crystals of an early morning frost but perhaps you are unaware of certain pertinent details to this magical icy mist of nature. I have always been amazed at how the sun beams down upon the frozen crystals giving them a look of shimmering diamonds sparkling on the ground. Frost is actually a thin layer of ice on a solid surface. It forms when water vapor in an above-freezing atmosphere comes in contact with a solid surface where the temperature is below freezing.

Celebrating wives who never kicked their husbands out of the bedroom
I have been married for 40 years and there is one thing I do not understand about some wives. I cannot wrap my head around why they use sex as a weapon. I have watched numerous television shows over the years where women make their husbands sleep on the couch after an argument. Making love should be a mutual expression of affection within a marriage and not something a wife controls by giving and taking. What gives one spouse the right to kick the other out of the bed he has been sleeping in during the course of the marriage?

Full Moon Madness is real
IIf you have ever wondered if the lunar effect is real and if the full moon caused some people to act out, let me assure you that it is not an old wives tale. I realize there are those who may disagree because evidence is not conclusive. Various police departments throughout the United States have conducted studies on crime rates during the full moon and the results are conflicting. Some locals reported an uptic in criminal behavior while others did not. When it comes to full moon madness, there is medical evidence as well as personal testimonies that outway the naysayers and validates this lunar occurrence.

The excesses of the rich and famous
Meghan Markle spent $265,000 on her wedding dress by Givenchy, $157,000 on a Stella McCartney reception dress, and $12,000 for a ball gown. This is a total of $434,000 on 3 outfits. The average working American could have done the following with that money. Purchased a decent home and furnished it and bought a really nice vehicle and had money left over to save. This is not an indictment on Markle but using her as an example of the extravagance of those who live lives of privilege.

Viewers of ‘The Young and the Restless’ are overwhelmingly disappointed with the current storyline surrounding Abby Newman. Most fans find the entire situation bizarre. Mariah decides to become Abby's surrogate and they write her husband out of the storyline and have her living alone in the Chancellor mansion. Chance writes a letter telling his wife to go ahead and proceed with having a child through a sperm donor, and then Nina says she is excited about becoming a grandmother.

Hospice does more than end of life services
When most people hear that someone is utilizing Hospice services, they probably assume that the individual is going to die soon. This is because when Hospice services first became available they had a specific mission. Once doctors indicated that based on medical science, a patient was going to die within 6 months or less this end of life support system was recommended. There are those who do pass away within those six months and others who live much longer. My mother died 5 weeks after being placed in Hospice but my father's cancer disappeared and he lived an entire, dying of a heart attack.
