I'm a health and fitness enthusiast but I don't like the idea to have to go out there and go to the gym. I was able to stumble upon the PiYo workout. It looks promising since it's yoga and pilates combined. Which are both great as a fitness routine. So I've tried it myself so that I can trim down some more since my usual routine seems not to be working quite well for me anymore.
