Solo: Building a Remarkable Life of Your Own by Peter McGraw
My introduction to Peter McGraw came a few days before Valentine's Day one evening while eating dinner in front of my laptop and, searching through Spotify for "podcasts for single people". I know it may sound kind of pathetic when I present it like this, but the decision to own up to the vulnerability I felt at that moment in a world that seemed to be celebrating those who were coupled, led me to seek a tribe that shared these feelings too.

Growth in Nigeria's Cut-Flower Export and Earnings.
From what I have been hearing recently, the flower gardening business in Nigeria is one of the coolest businesses you can start today and make cool cash all year round. According to experts in the business, flower gardening is a lucrative business in Nigeria that requires little or nothing as startup capital. However, you must have passion for the business in order to make a profit out of it.

My New Found Love For Andrea Bocelli's Music.
Lately, I have been drawn to anything that makes me feel peaceful and in a state of bliss. It first started a few weeks ago when I realized that when I looked into a certain individual's eyes I felt utter peace. They probably don't know they have this effect on me and probably never will but that's okay. Thoughts of them and the occasional treat of our brief interactions are satisfying enough.

Beating Depression and Anxiety.
Sometimes, when I feel very low I tend to burst into a flurry of activity that tires me out and makes me fall into a deep long sleep that leaves me feeling a little better and more refreshed when I wake up. Yesterday, all I could manage was to bake bread, water my plants and go to sleep for almost five hours during the day. consequently, I found it much harder to sleep at night. This is how depression and anxiety can alter one's body clock and the inconsistency of this can further aggravate them.

I became interested in solar energy following my growing fascination with tiny and mobile home living and have often wondered about its affordability and sustainability in everyday living in any part of the world.

Ten Christian Podcasts You Should Listen to in 2023.
This is a personal opinion of the current best Christian podcasts right now. They are not listed in order of preference. To be honest they are just the few I have had the time and patience to listen to. However, I think they are so good, I ought to share them with you :).

My Top 100 Gospel Songs of All Time
Worship Music has been a major healing tool for me in the last year and has quickly become my favourite genre of music to make and listen to. One Saturday morning, as I lay in bed a little longer, I listened to Dunsin Oyekan’s new album, “The Birth of Revival” I started to reminisce on my favourite 100 worship songs. This list is not in order of preference but in order of how each song came to my remembrance.

It's Okay To Be Vulnerable.
“One of the biggest surprises in this research was learning that fitting in and belonging are not the same thing. In fact, fitting in is one of the greatest barriers to belonging. Fitting in is about assessing a situation and becoming who you need to be in order to be accepted. Belonging, on the other hand, doesn’t require us to change who we are; it requires us to be who we are.” Brené Brown, Author of "Daring Greatly: How the Courage to Be Vulnerable Transforms the Way We Live, Love, Parent, and Lead"

HAPPY NEW YEAR 2023!
2022 was a trip! It was a lot of things, from physical, mental, and emotional recovery to discoveries and rediscoveries through people (old and new), music, podcasts, and talents (some of which I didn’t even realize I had). 2022 was a year of telling myself the truth—really telling myself the truth despite the high volume of what everyone else perceives it to be, especially through social media. And in this year, I learned to be more compassionate with myself as I have tried to be with everybody else because somehow, we have all been pulled into a space of trying so hard to be perceived as “good people” that we forget that unless our souls prosper, most of life is meaningless anyways.
