First of all, take the words "Weight Loss Diet" out of your vocabulary. Weight loss equals well-balanced foods and snacks every day in recommended amounts. There are probably few people who can stay on a "diet" for the rest of their life. Unless, of course, your doctor prescribed a diet for you, such as a Diabetic Diet or a Renal Diet, examples of the many such doctors' prescribed diets.
