Blue Moonlight Part Sixteen: The Final Battle!
My eyes fluttered open, bright moonlight blinding me. Covering up my eyes, Midnight launched herself on top of me. Her tail flicked with excitement, Jean standing back with Figaro by his side. Neither one looked comfortable with each other yet, her cat eyes glittered with pure joy. Her red robes covered the ground, her ears twitching happily. A rough tongue licked the side of my face, her pet cat making me want to gag. Sitting up, the off feeling began to bubble in my stomach once again Rubbing the back of my neck, I needed a doctor soon. Normally this sensation disappeared, Midnight picking up on my distress. Cocking her head, Jean offered me his hand. Accepting it, Midnight flipped back onto her cat. Placing me on his back, the whole group was ready to trek ahead. A couple of days passed, her castle coming up soon. The air got heavier, her castle waiting in the distance. The rock grew bigger in my stomach, Jean looking back at me with a worried glance. Today was the day we took her down and freed everyone in the land. A cold hand tapped my shoulder, Sir. Deathwish and an army of reapers waiting behind him.

Blue Moonlight Part Fifteen: A Wedding and a Secret
Emily: Elania dragged me into a makeshift hut, dunking me in a tub of water. Scrubbing me aggressively she ripped off my tattered outfit. Aggressively brushing my hair, my ears flattened with irritation. My tail tucking in between my legs, Jean was getting dragged in another direction. Rolling my eyes, my teeth gritted together. My fang busted through my bottom lip, Elania gingerly wiping the blood off of my bottom lip. Helping me out, she dried me off after washing my hair. Sitting me down on a stump, she twisted my hair into a complicated braid. Sliding a black silk gown over my head, she tightened the embroidered corset. Sliding on my boots, her slender hand painted my lips. Placing a crown of red roses on top of my head, a question gnawed at me. Why was she not saying anything? Why was my stomach doing a million flips?

Blue Moonlight Part Fourteen: A Banshee of a Time
Emily's chest rose up and down, Johnny’s death taking its toll on me. He was a dick and irritating, but he sacrificed himself to save all of us. Elania probably took it the hardest, her fight with Emily proved that. Walking over to Elania, I sat down across from her. Resting my hands on my knees, my suit was filthy. Fixing my hair, Shadows was sleeping behind her. His body still looked broken, his wounds still healing. Shame dimmed her eyes, her lips pressing into a thin line.

Blue Moonlight Part Thirteen: The Flutter of Two Blue Butterflies
A heavy sadness hung over us, the pain of our loss fresh on our minds. Elania hadn’t spoken for a while, Shadow not able to get to her. Telling everyone to stop, confusion flashed in all of their eyes. Tension built in the air, Elania charging at me. Her arms wrapped around my neck, her boot slamming into my stomach. My air pipe crunched underneath her strengthening grip, Jean stepped forward. She tossed him into a tree, her eyes completely black. The black trees decayed around her, cold sweat dripping off of my brow. Terror widened my eyes, gurgles of dying oxygen bubbled up my throat. Her claws ripped open my chest, her fingers wrapping around my black heart.

The kind townspeople waved goodbye to us, Caroline showing us a bunch of bat horse creatures. They looked like black horses with black leather wings, red eyes glowing in the dark atmosphere. Snorting, the biggest one snuggled against my neck. Chuckling to herself, Caroline covered her lips.

Flight of The Blue Jay Part Eleven: The End or New Beginning
Today was the grand mission to end it all, the Red Devil asked for me personally. My father and everyone else protested my leaving to fight him, so I escaped in the middle of the night. As monstrous as he was, he always kept his word. Sneaking into one of the company vehicles, the engine roared to life. No one followed me, a bag of weapons jostling about in the back. Hours passed, the tracking bug long since been taken off. The crickets chirped, the stars twinkling above me. The Red Devil stood by the lake, his red suit fluttering in the wind. The white silk rockabilly dress he sent me felt out of place, his salt and pepper hanging in front of his eyes uncharacteristically. His dark eyes watched me walk inches from him, an evil grin spreading cheek to cheek.

The tension around the table was oppressive, Elania glowering at her brother Johnny. Jean wasn’t much better, Shadow tapping his fingers on the table. Flight of the Blue Jay Part Ten: A Blast from the Past
The week dragged on, Sammy never leaving out of his sight. Even he was getting on my frayed nerves, the voice of the Red Devil running through my head. His composure was unsettling, my mind knowing that every word he uttered was truthful and most importantly disturbing. Mastermind refused to let me see my ex husband, the raw anxiety of him being near me eating me alive. Out of an ancient habit, I nibbled on my nails for the first time in years. Leaping out of bed, my trembling fingers threw on my black suit, my nimble fingers messing with the tie around my neck. Glancing into the hall, no one was around. My black boots clicked down the hall to the holding cell that my ex was sitting in. His steely eyes met mine, chills running up my spine. A touch on my shoulder jerked me out of my trance, Mastermind glaring down at me.

Blue Moonlight Part Eight: The Joker Meets The Fox
Jean stirred next to me, his chest rising up and down. A loud knock snapped me out of my creepy trance of watching him sleep peacefully next to me. Emerald eyes shimmered excitedly up at me, her green and black plaid dress warming my soul. Tossing on a giant black band shirt, I slid down the antique railing to the front door.
