The Future of How We Price Items for Sale
Shopping in North America, and I guess the rest of the world, can be confusing sometimes. When we see shop prices we don't think much of them. Stores already have tactics to make us all believe that prices are lower than they really are. We've all heard the reasons why prices end with the number nine. We know stores play psychological tricks on us. We have all accepted this, and I'm okay with that, but when you get to the counter it's not even that marked price! None of us ever complain about this and I find that extremely unfortunate.

My Review of Disney's 'Christopher Robin'
Obviously, I know who Winnie the Pooh is. I know the character, but I haven't ever seen a Winnie the Pooh movie in its entirety. Neither have I ever read any of the Winnie the Pooh books. I do know that this is a live action version of what was once known as a cartoon. I definitely did not have any intentions of watching this movie.

My Review of 'The Road to El Dorado'
I actually forgot about the movie, The Road to El Dorado, a long time ago. After all, it was released nineteen years ago. My girlfriend said she remembered liking it back a long time ago. I remembered it differently. There was a ton of advertisements for this movie when it first came out and it looked interesting back in the day.

My Review of the Movie 'Bone Tomahawk'
I heard some great reviews of Bone Tomahawk back in the day. Those reviews were years ago and I had put the movie on my watch list on Netflix a while back. I totally forgot about the movie until recently. My girlfriend and I didn't really have anything to watch and I noticed on Netflix. It was categorized as a horror movie but it looked like a western.

My Review of the Movie 'Eighth Grade'
I actually haven't heard of Eighth Grade until recently. It's an independent movie that's been circulating for a little while but up until recently, it hasn't really been heard of by anyone. So why is it being talked about? Well, recently it's been nominated for a bunch of awards. The director and writer of the film is Bo Burnham. This guy is pretty interesting. Apparently, he started his rise to stardom from YouTube videos. He started getting popular and people started to sign him for different things. I watched one of his early standup comedy specials on Netflix years ago and I thought it was hilarious. Who would have known that this guy was so talented.

My Review of 'Captain Marvel'
Captain Marvel is a mysterious entry into the Marvel movie universe. She's mysterious like a lot of the movies that have recently been coming from Marvel. Prior to the movies I haven't heard of Guardians of the Galaxy, Black Panther, Ant-Man and so on. I'm not a huge comic book aficionado so I trust that the movies are doing the comics justice.

My Review of 'Roma'
I'm not sure why I wanted to watch Roma in the first place. I think it's because it was receiving a ton of awards and I wanted to know what the hype was all about. Normally, it wouldn't hit any of my normal viewing criteria. The movie is in black and white, it's a period piece, there's no action, it's a heavy drama and it's in subtitles. You have to go outside your comfort zone to find good movies though.

My Review of 'Alita: Battle Angel'
Alita: Battle Angel is a gorgeous movie that is based on a Japanese anime in the 1990s. Just 10 years ago it was a foreign concept to have cartoons remade to look realistic. Nowadays, the technology has caught up and movie studios are going crazy with visual effects. What was unfathomable not too long ago is entirely possible today and it is mesmerizing.

My Review of 'The Breaker Upperers'
I have to say I didn't know what to expect when I saw the trailer for The Breaker Upperers. I didn't like the trailer that much, but then I saw that Taika Waititi had executive produced the movie. I think I have to discover what an executive producer does because this movie has very little resemblance of his movies in the past.

My Review of 'Kimmy Schmidt' - Part 2 of Season 4
The last six episodes of Kimmy Schmidt have finally come out. I was wondering why this was taking so long, but as you've probably found out already, this is the last season of Kimmy Schmidt. I didn't even know this when I was watching it, so when the last episode aired, I kind of freaked out.

My Review of the Movie 'Sing'
Sing is a movie based on a number of animated animals with large aspirations of becoming superstars that never seemed to pull through. Each of these animals has a reason as to why they prevented themselves from becoming big stars, but they're all talented singers. They've all lost hope and it's up to a koala bear by the name of Buster Moon (voiced by Matthew McConaughey) to bring them all together to make a fantastic live show.

My Review of 'Velvet Buzzsaw'
Velvet Buzzsaw is a Netflix exclusive that stars a whole slew of Hollywood stars. It's an interesting take on the horror genre that's original, but I'm worried that it may be catering to specific tastes. It might not appeal to the general public.
