My Review of "Captain America: The First Avenger"
Captain America: The First Avenger was the 5th modern Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) movies. It came out back in 2011. It holds a spot in my heart because this was my favorite Marvel movie from the first phase of MCU movies. A lot has changed in 10 years. Each MCU movie has done things to try to one up themselves. I wasn't sure how I was going to react to this older movie. Heck, I wasn't even too sure if this movie would be politically correct anymore.

My Review of "Thunder Force"
Thunder Force is Netflix's most recent 2021 release this week and for once I was able to check it out the day that it came out. There are a lot of naysayers that claim that the movie industry is oversaturated with superhero movies already. I would have to say yeah you're right in a way but you don't have to watch them if you're not into them. This superhero movie is looking at superhero movies in a different direction.

My Review of "Moxie"
Moxie is a recent Netflix exclusive comedy that came out in 2021. It's got pretty much what you would expect from a teen angst movie but with some interesting lessons to boot. Behind everything is some pretty interesting characters but in a way there might have been a little too much going on. It sort of made it feel like a condensed TV series made into a movie.

A Game Collector's Haven
The year was probably 2001 or 2002. My video game collecting itch was very strong at that point. I don't think a lot of people were really into game collecting as they are today. So this whole story will make sense if you realize the time that this happened. I mean I think Lord of the Rings had just come out and maybe even Harry Potter. The internet was just burgeoning. I don't even think MySpace was around back then. I think I had an Asian Avenue account or GeoCities at the time.

My Review of "Saved by the Bell (2020): Season 1"
Saved by the Bell (2020): Season 1 was a bit of a shock to me. I had thought all of the old actors that played the original actors have gone on to do bigger and better things now. Remarkably some of them are actually present in this new season and we get to see some cameos. As a person that used to watch this TV show back in the early 90s I had certain expectations. For the most part this series delivers.

A Drunken Bad Time
I will never live this night down because it happened in front of my whole family and the family that would be connected to my family. It was supposed to be a joyous occasion and I guess I was the one trying to live my best life even though I don't remember the whole thing.

My Review of "The Wiz"
The Wiz is the retelling of the classic Wizard of OZ movie. This remake was released back in 1978 and it kind of shows in the aesthetics of the movie. Still there's not a lot of people that talk about this movie and it's kind of a shame. It's a wildly imaginative version of the movie that still keeps all of the main themes of the original while allowing the creator's to add some of their own personal touches.

My Review of "Iron Man"
Iron Man is probably the movie that started the Marvel cinematic universe back in 2008. It's a classic because it's the pioneer movie that started it all. I remember watching this movie when it first came out and I was blown away. There really wasn't a superhero movie quite like it at the time. So it was a trailblazer for future movies to come. Curiosity got the best of me and I had to give it another viewing.

My Review of "Bill & Ted Face the Music"
Bill & Ted Face the Music came out via streaming back in 2020 when the pandemic had hit the world the hardest. We were all quarantined with little in terms of entertainment to keep us going. I'm sad to say that I didn't see this when it first came out but I'm glad that I finally did get to check this movie out.

My Review of "Zack Snyder's Justice League"
Zack Snyder's Justice League has just come out on March 18, 2021. This was a rumored cut of the Justice League movie for quite a while but that's all it was. Last year it was confirmed that there really was a Zack Snyder cut and it was supposed to be dramatically different from the movie that came out in theatres. I watched the original Justice League quite a while ago in 2017. That was before I was even on Vocal Media so I never reviewed it.

My Review of "Biggie: I Have a Story to Tell"
Biggie: I Have a Story to Tell is a biography of Christopher Wallace better known as the Notorious B.I.G. A lot of us probably know of the rapper but this documentary goes into more details of how he was brought up. It's also one of Netflix's latest song writer biographies. They've been killing it with a lot of the biographies lately so I couldn't help but check this documentary out.

My Review of "President's Choice (PC) Money Account"
President's Choice (PC) Money Account is a new banking service provided by PC. Most Canadians are already familiar with PC products as we're inundated with their stuff all the time. They pretty much make everything and sell every possible service to us. This time it's daily banking. Wait, they've done this before haven't they?
