The current generation is of digitalization where people can meet and communicate on digital platforms. Even though there can’t be any physical interaction between people but technology enables people to keep in contact with each other. Today, anyone can share information and put their opinions on any issue on digital platforms through social media. Social media websites are the place where people meet, become friends and interact with different people. Due to social media websites, socialization got a heavy boost and it narrowed the gap of communication distance between people. When people from different backgrounds gather at a place then it is natural that they put their opinions on certain topics which might be offensive to some other individuals due to which resistance between social media users occur and group formation takes place. Ultimately, those who got offended by particular statement try to out trash the one who started the thread on the social media platform. Sometimes, this results in virtual fights between various groups and those who are passive they are bullied. In urban language famously known as ‘trolling’, a group of people trolls an individual either to defame or hurt emotionally. These trolling further results in cyberbullying where an individual is threatened and inflicted with pain emotionally.
The title itself is controversial because many will think how faith and obedience are different. Many will argue that Obedience is the fruit of faith but I have a different opinion about faith and obedience. Due to faith, there is obedience and being obedient is a good thing and there can be nothing wrong with that. But there is a very thin line between faith and obedience which differentiate its consequences. If you think deeply then you will find that faith comes from the heart whereas obedience comes from the mind. Hence we always refer to say that ‘he/she is faithful to god’ and ‘he/she is obedient to superiors’ not like ‘he/she is obedient to god’ and ‘he/she is faithful to superiors’.
This August come and fall in love once again with Sarawat and Tine in Still2gether series. As days are passing by, we are getting closer to the premiere episode of Still2gether. Fans are so excited that they are scooping whatever information they can get about the series. During this time, GMMTV dropped the trailer of Still2gether on 31st July which has stormed the social media sites where fans are sharing and posting pictures, reviews, reactions and cover songs for the series. The trailer is amazing and it forces to watch it again and again which is why it received 2M views with a day of its launch. I have decided to present my observations of the Still2gether trailer. It may be short in comparison to other opinions because most of them have read the book, but I have decided that not to spoil myself for Still2gether. So, whatever I mention here is just my assumption based on the facts. It may be true or may not which will be revealed soon after the series airs.
2gether the series is a Thai BL series which got released on 21st Feb’20. There are 13 episodes of the series. The story mainly revolves around Sarawat and Tine who are college fresher students. When another student, Green admires Tine and wants him to be his boyfriend. To chase him away, Tine asks for Sarawat’s help to pretend as his boyfriend. While pretending they fall in love and the rest is history. The series is considered as one of the most successful series in 2020. When series got released no one thought that this would be a grand success and its lead actors Bright, Vachirawit Chivaaree and Win, Metawin Opas-iamkajorn became famous overnight. Due to this success, the actors are getting huge popularity. There are some possible reasons why this series is a huge success:
The most emotional episode of the whole series is episode 11 of the shipper series where many things happened. It has shown that is precious and we must cherish most of the time living in it. If we start talking about the scenes then the story was too much emotion to handle. At a point, I gave up watching for a few minutes because the scenes were painful to watch. From episode 1 to episode 10 were cute, funny and confusing but still, I enjoyed them all. It is not that there weren’t emotional scenes there, rather the impact of scenes was not that much deeper as a comparison to episode 11. Moreover, the other scenes of those episodes covered them so we all enjoyed even if they were emotional but this time things got out of control.
Love is a gamble in which you have to bet at some point in time because when you love a person then it becomes ‘we’ rather than ‘me’. This is the point which is shown in the 10th episode of Gameboys series. This episode was short plot-wise because in the previous episodes we have seen that Cairo’s mom has asked Cairo to move with her to his grandma’s house. Now Cairo is worried about how to explain this to Gav and at the end of that episode Cai gave himself to love and called Gav ‘baby’.
