He hated himself for the Pain he felt in himself
Imagine being in pain all over your body, all day and night, all in your whole life. I, 29, don’t need to imagine it because this is what my life is like. I have been working in top MNC, best schools, best lavish lifestyle all my life but, For most of my life, I have battled constant body pain. “I am a chronic pain patient, I have pain all over my body since my whole life” Chronic Pain And Mental Health At some time in our lives we will all experience pain-physical and/or emotional discomfort caused by illness, injury, or an upsetting event. Though most of us would rather avoid it, pain does serve an actual purpose that is good and seen as “protective.” For example, when you experience pain your brain signals you to stop doing whatever is causing the pain, preventing further harm to your body. Pain, however, is not meant to last for a long time. Pain that typically lasts less than 3 to 6 months is called acute pain, which is the form of pain most of us experience. For some people, pain can be ongoing or go away and then come back, lasting beyond the usual course of 3 to 6 months and negatively affecting a person’s well-being. This is called chronic pain or persistent pain. Put simply, chronic or persistent pain is pain that continues when it should not. Chronic pain is often associated with other health conditions such as anxiety and depression, resulting in a low health-related quality of life. Living with daily pain is physically and emotionally stressful. Chronic stress is known to change the levels of stress hormones and neurochemicals found within your brain and nervous system; these can affect your mood, thinking and behavior. Disrupting your body’s balance of these chemicals can bring on depression in some people. There are several ways chronic pain associated with these conditions can interfere with your everyday life. It can affect your ability to function at home and work. You may find it difficult to participate in social activities and hobbies, which could lead to decreased self-esteem. It is also common for people with chronic pain to have sleep disturbances, fatigue, trouble concentrating, decreased appetite, and mood changes. These negative changes in your lifestyle can increase your pain and dampen your overall mood; the frustration of dealing with this can result in depression and anxiety.
I tried this for only 1 week and this is what Happened
Every life has a purpose, and every soul has a dream. This is what each one of us, whether you or me, have come to manifest as beings on earth. White light is omnipresent and flows freely in nature as simply as air. It is accessible to everyone. Most of us do not feel or see it unless we are spiritually aware. But the moment you begin thinking of it, whether you realize it or not, the white light comes itself to you and can be directed to any part of the body simply by intending. However, for manifestation we visualize it at the third eye. Here is something about White Light Meditation: White Light Meditation is short, simple and does not need expert guidance, rigorous practice and experience. Once you intend for the white light to flow and shine through you, it does, even though there might not be any physical evidence of the same. The greatest proof of its effectiveness is the happening of the desired changes and the amazing turnaround of situations, persons and events in your life. White Light Meditation as a practice : 1. provides the necessary motivation, the strength of determination, perseverance and endurance to stay focused on your goal throughout the duration of your endeavor; 2. opens up options and possibilities, removes doubts, inhibitions and confusions that might have held you back all this time; 3. brings clarity of thoughts, authority and firmness of decision; 4. removes obstacles and hindrances that might have blocked the way to your goals; 5. brings to you the necessary knowledge and resources, even from sources you might not have been aware of until now, finally leading you to completion. You can use it almost anywhere to lift your mood. If you’ve got sometime free throughout the day, I highly recommend learning this practice to fill some of them with. Visualization meditations have a prominent place in most of the world’s contemplative traditions. Many religious teachers have realized the effectiveness of using “thought-objects” as a means of achieving deeper experiences.

The Love Dose
‘Love’ is probably one of the most intriguing and poorly understood behaviors. What goes on inside the human brain when its owner is madly in love?
Hey guys, busy lifestyle, work, relationships, exams might have stressed you a lot due to which many people are unable to sleep properly, lose attentiveness or may even become unconscious in later stages but today I am going to list easy ways to cope up with stress, so lets start
Being Natural and Healthy
Live your life with vigour and enthusiasm with the following healthy tips to change your lifestyle and replacing it with nerds of fitness in this busy life. TIPS: Do not eat microwaved food, if done avoid non-stick cookware and aluminium cookware. Drink half your body weight in ounces of water everyday. Drink between meals, and finish your fluids 2 hours before bed. Have a solid breakfast with plenty of protein and fat. Eat meals and snacks at regular times every day. Remember that sodas, granola bars, muffins, rice and soy milk, desserts and potatoes are extremely high in starch and sugars (and therefore carbohydrate calories). Artificial sweeteners are no good either… Walk at least 3 times a week for 20 to 30 minutes. Keep your heart rate to 55% - 75% of your maximum heart rate Sleep 7 to 9 hours in a pitch dark bedroom; kids too. Use herbs such as Passion Flower to help calm your brain and body. Whatever you cook, make more of it! Double up meats and veggies and freeze for later in the week. Change your hair and skin care products to eliminate Sodium Laurel Sulphate, Parabens, Wheat, and Fragrances. 1. Give lip service. Thirty minutes of making out can improve allergy symptoms. Research shows that kissing reduces the amount of chemicals your body releases in response to allergens. 2. D-stress. Getting plenty of calcium and vitamin D can decrease your risk of developing a stress fracture by 20 percent. Active women should strive for 1,000 IU of vitamin D and 2,000 milligrams of calcium daily to keep their bones strong, experts say. 3. Clean up your mouth. Two ounces of yogurt a day (the typical container holds six ounces) may protect you from gum disease, a recent study in the Journal of Period-ontology shows. The "good" bacteria in yogurt helps fight germs in your mouth. 4. Play red light, green light. For increasing your endurance, four to six 30-second bursts of all-out cardio are just as effective as up to an hour of training at a lower intensity. Short on time? Use intervals to get stronger more quickly.
