This morning while I was preparing a roast pepper and brie omelette for my wife and starting my fresh, full-gluten sourdough loaf for myself and my daughter, my darling wife lingered near the table awaiting her sustenance. Then, as a married couple are occasionally apt to do, she instigated a conversation with me. She was cheerful and soft-voiced, happily awaiting the delivery of talents from her long-married, ex-professional chef-husband.
