Do you think the world is unfair, not just, and down right out to get you all the dang time? Well that’s your problem. Your attitude towards life – you’re looking at everything through the wrong lens. You’re allowing the negatives in your mind to control you instead of the positives. By allowing this type of negative outlook on life fuel your mind, you’re letting it completely and utterly control your whole life. Stop letting the negative win.
Long ago when we were each a young child, I’m willing to bet you heard your parents trying to bribe you to eat vegetables by threatening you with the loss of dessert? I myself have done this many times as a parent, have you? This common strategy may backfire and increase your child's resistance to eating vegetables or other healthy foods. As a child I remember hating vegetables not giving them a chance, because of being forced to eat them just so I could eat my cake too. It has instilled it into our brains that dessert is better than vegetables that’s for sure. As I got older I realized how many vegetables I use to turn my nose up at that I actually enjoy and prefer over any type of sweets or desserts. So here I am with my unpopular opinion to many and ready to debunk that dessert are better than your veggies.

Okay the other day was the first time I have made anything with gluten free sliced bread. (Recipe on my profile) Bread has always been a favorite of mine and I was scared to try gluten free bread in worry some that it would send me into a binge eating cycle or make me fall back from my diet causing me to eat regular white gluten filled bread. And let’s be real, it’s pretty hard to go from red lobster biscuits, to gluten free. I am happy to say I only ate 1 piece of toast though! Lets talk about that because this is definitely huge for me and hasn’t been that easy if I’m honest.
Everyone loves a good piece of toast recipe! But even better, it’s a yummy gluten free, dairy free, & vegetarian recipe pack full of ingredients you usually would find in any kitchen! I do realize with avocado being involved, this is a recipe you’ll either love or hate. I’m assuming love because you clicked on the link to bring you here. Everything I have included in my recipe are based off ingredients I use almost everyday and absolutely love.
