Living with Me, Myself, and Adam
The story of Adam’s multiple personalities is a heartwarming comedy that revolves around Adam, a lovable and quirky man with “dissociative identity disorder” (DID). With the support of his wife, doctor, and the proper medication, Adam's multiple personalities lead him on hilarious adventures while demonstrating that individuals with mental illness can lead fulfilling lives filled with love and understanding. All his friends and family know his ailment and work together to support his efforts to become an integral part of society. Working in tandem with his medical doctors, his families provide a healthy support group that allows Adam to hold a job at an office performing clerical duties and keeping things exciting for many of his cohorts who have learned to live with all his different personalities. Below are a few ideas for some of the early episodes of this new and exciting sitcom.

Is it fair when a person of color like me (Hispanic-Asian American) takes the seat of someone else? Probably not. I grew up in low-income housing projects with few resources and opportunities to go to college. I lost my dad to a brain aneurysm at the age of 10, which meant that my mother cleaned office buildings and barely had enough money to support me and needed assistance to survive. Was it fair that my dad didn’t have access to adequate employment health care and died at 46? Probably not, but I can’t change what happened.
