LIVING A LIFE FULL OF POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS
As a continuation to my previous article (Positive efficient affirmations to map your future) about positive efficient affirmations, please find below, more excerpts from the book of 21 Days to Master Affirmations. I find them very helpful, influencing your life in good and positivity. In this hectic life, we need a moment to realize just how simple and easy it is to change your thoughts. Yet, hard to put into practice.

ACHIEVING INNER TRANQUILITY
“In our hectic lives the pathway to the enchanted world of peace and tranquillity often eludes us. Perhaps we try too hard – we seek it here, we seek it there, and, our lives become even less tranquil than before. It is often said that tranquillity lies in simple things – in reading a book, listening to a particular piece of music, walking through a gallery or visiting a park. When life is stressful, just close your eyes and shut out the world for a few moments and allow yourself to recreate those tranquil moments.”

THE 100% SWISS STORY
I used to work a lot in Telesales. The best part of it (working in tele sales), is that, some clients will blow your mind with their strange stories and strange logic. I, on behalf of my company’s name, offer to different businesses across Europe, packaging solutions.

MANIFEST MAGIC MONEY
Ralph Smart, psychologist, author and speaker advises: “Money is a collective belief system held by the consensus reality. It is a piece of paper we give value. Money is not good or bad. It is something we have chosen collectively to use as a means of exchange.

10 SURPRISING FACTS DISCOVERED FROM READING FICTION
“IMAGINATION SHOULD NOT BE USED TO ESCAPE FROM REALITY, BUT TO CREATE IT.” This statement applies to fairy-tales too. They were never created to make us escape from reality, to make us dream at happy endings, although their purpose seems to be this one nowadays. Fairy-tales in fact, were never intended to children. Initially they were conceived as amusement for grown-ups and in the 8th century they were put into scene in the select saloons of Paris. Fairy-tales began to be literature for children only in the 19th century, and they were modified a lot to be suitable for them.

THERE IS NO MONOPOLY ON DREAMS
I am reading “All grown up” by Jami Attenberg and I got to a chapter in which a very successful, beautiful, wise and independent artist is presented through main character’s eyes. I will quote everything down below as I believe you have experienced as well the feelings portrayed. It is that feeling that someone gives you that they embody everything you wish to be. It is the human being you dream to be, it is that creativity you aspire to show to the world and that will create your future, your freedom, your happiness.

MY DEAR,
There are days in which the only thing you’ll want to do, it’ll be to forget the mess you’re in. You will be upset. Upset on the situation. On how you did not manage the situation in that perfect manner you expect of yourself to have done it. Because when you were not impeccable and perfect as desired to have been and failed it, you have failed yourself. This form of self-criticism is lowering your self-esteem levels, simply because you’re trying to be more than what a human being can be: a robot with all the right moves and words, having the best solution and the fast paced style to deal with problems in that exceptional manner everyone strives to embrace. All of that is the embodiment of perfectionism’s symptoms. Being afraid to be wrong, to act wrong, to be vulnerable, being afraid to ask others for help to not seem weak in other peoples’ eyes. Afraid that you will lose your power in your own eyes, most of all, you fear that. Because you are not at the level that you imagined or desired yourself to be at by this age/time/etc.

HOW TO STOP PROCRASTINATING RIGHT NOW
I believe the reason I procrastinate is that I compare myself to other people, to their achievements and to their lives. Because of that, I instantly feel that what I want to put out there is less important, less creative, less attractive, less helpful or meaningful and enjoyable, which if you have been around for a while, you already know I strive to showcase through these posts.

31 LESSONS I LEARNED IN 31 CHRISTMASES
1.Your intuition is NEVER confused or unable to show things clearly for you. I discovered my mom in the kitchen when I was around 8 years old and I saw her packing some Kinder Surprise Eggs which myself and my brother would usually get on Christmases and I told her: “You are Santa!”. But I was not sad that there was no Santa. I was fascinated that my assumptions turned out to be true. That takes me to number –

WE CANNOT BLOOM WHEN IT’S DARK
I am fighting the forces that try to down me. These forces are sometimes invisible because they are subtle. They come from lots of things that we deal with on a daily basis. These are forces of the world. Of the society we live in. These are compromises that try to collide us into deals we do not want to do, but capture our souls with some incentives we believe we need. We are made wishful for things we do not require. We are made believe that we are less than what we truly are.

17 POWERFUL TRUTHS I LEARNED AT UNI TO GUIDE ONE’S LIFE DECISIONS UPON
It was warm outside. Lots of noises. Birds. Wind in the trees. Traffic. High-school students during their break. Looking down the window from the classroom, I could hear my colleague saying that her sister was learning about cognitive neuroscience and psychology and because of that she discovered that there are a lot of chemical reactions in the brain. A lot of stuff going on there and I was intrigued. So, I imagined myself studying psychology, and during the breaks of my courses I would sit at a cafe shop and enjoy the readings of a good book explaining the processes of our brains and becoming highly skilled at figuring out people. That was a random break in May 2014 when I was still in high-school deciding what to study for Uni.
