Kavanaugh V. Klein
Ryan Kavanaugh, the co-founder of Triller, a video-sharing app, has recently filed a lawsuit against Ethan Klein and his YouTube show, H3H3 Productions, for "defamation". Kavanaugh claims that Klein is "harm[ing] and damag[ing]" him due to Ethan's multiple inclusions and mentions of a Variety article from June 2019 titled, "Ryan Kavanaugh Accused by Ex-Partner of Running a Ponzi Scheme", one of the many reasons that Ryan gives for his lawsuit. The article was later updated to show the retraction of the statement by Elon Spar, Kavanaugh's above-mentioned ex-partner, and Klein included that fact in later videos discussing the Variety article discussing Mr. Kavanaugh. Klein has presented evidence on his show that Kavanaugh had been allegedly threatening editors on his Wikipedia page with legal action if they didn't delete all of the information in the former "Controversies" section. The person who was alleged to be Kavanaugh had the username "rk777713".
I was a senior in high school and it was a normal day. I ate breakfast with my friends and, with the ring of a bell, went to my first class. I was in the school band at the time, and had been for 7 years, so I knew every one of my fellow band members. Nothing really seemed off about Bobby.* He was a short, talkative, brunette sophomore who wore glasses and played the baritone. He didn’t have many friends, but he seemed used to it. We didn’t talk to each other very much, but he seemed like an okay kid. Band class went on like normal, with the regular life advice-filled speech by our band director and some additional comments by our other. At the end of class, I left the room with some of my peers and, like usual, held the door for the people behind me. Bobby usually smiled at me, but that day, he didn’t even look up at me. He just walked through the door and hurried away. I was a little bit concerned, but I didn’t think much of it and went on my way.
Rioters Storm The US Capitol Building
On January 6th, 2020, as the House of Representatives met to discuss the possible certification of Joe Biden's victory as the 46th President of the United States, a crowd of President Donald Trump's supporters gathered outside the Capitol Building in Washington D.C. Helicopters flew overhead as rioters chanted phrases such as, "Traitors, traitors, traitors!", "We will not submit!" and "USA! USA! USA!". The gatherers were seen climbing into the federal building through a window, climbing the walls and, later, took pictures of themselves in what is believed to be Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi's office. The U.S Representatives that were meeting at the time barricaded themselves in the House floor. Republican Representative Ken Buck was quoted in saying during an interview with ABC7 News, "It's hard to believe that this is happening in America". Democratic Senator Joe Manchin informed, also in an interview with ABC7, "We'll get this job done."
What Is The Relationship Between Human Beings And Time?
Human beings are some of the most complex organisms on the planet and were the first sentient species to inhabit the Earth. Humans have existed for hundreds of thousands of years, so, at this point, we are pretty familiar with the concept of time. Essentially, time is a tool to measure the passing of existence. Time has helped us to measure ages, holidays, and seasons, to name a few, but what exactly is a human’s relationship to time? Human beings' relationship to time is one of similarity, limits and inevitability.
The Emerald Hotel
November 7, 2002 My therapist advised me to start writing down my thoughts and life events in this book. She said to write at least a paragraph, so I guess I should introduce myself. My name is Frederick Johnson. I am the owner of my own hotel-The Emerald Hotel-and I am not insane. I thought I should just clarify that, since people who see therapists are usually some degree of crazy, but not in this case. I hardly see a point in writing my thoughts into some stupid little book, but psychotherapy is the only (somewhat) appealing option, so I’m stuck.
