Adopt Vs Shop:
After debating the pros and cons of getting a furry friend to welcome into your home, you must then decide whether to adopt or shop. This decision is never an easy one to make, with many potential concerns associated with both. There are an abundance of articles and social media pages out there that give their opinions on what is morally the right and wrong thing to do, with many arguing adopting an animal from a shelter should always be preferred. However, the answer is not this straightforward and is entirely your decision. Sport is a huge part of society. From football to motorsports, American football to golf, the viewing figures – and prize funds/wages on offer – are huge. For example, Alexis Sanchez’s move to Manchester United sees him pick up a weekly wage of £391,000, plus £75,000 if he starts a game. Elsewhere, the winner of golf’s DP World Tour Championship in Dubai in November can take home $3 million.

Corking the gender gap
For years stereotypes have existed within the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) sectors. Perhaps this is the primary reason why the number of women in the industry is still at such a low level. Sadly, despite the stereotype now being incredibly outdated, its presence still remains.
