When asked what the key to success is, everyone will tell you something different. Hard work. Determination. Vision. Ambition. None of them are wrong. There is no right or wrong answer because success means something different to everyone. The man who puts on his work boots every morning has a different drive in life than the man who wears a suit and tie. The stay at home mom has different goals than the career woman. Does that mean one is less successful than the other? No. Put all money, all materialistic things aside because they are superficial. Success isn’t all that. It’s achieving an aim or purpose in life. It’s following your ambition. So, no matter who you are, where you come from, what you do for a living, everyone has the power to get where they want to be, and become who they want to be. See, successful people have a high sense of self, that’s why accomplishing their goals comes naturally to them. The rest of us just need a little boost in the right direction. So let’s get started.

Trust Is a Fragile Thing
Trust is a fragile thing. There's no denying that. Think of a mirror carelessly dropped, depending on the frame to protect the glass. The owner thought they could defeat the inevitable until they flipped it over to reveal the spiderweb effect. They blow away the scattered shards. Still able to see their reflection, they ignore the damage, at least for now.

Imagine an ice sculpture of a swan. Each curve, each detailed carving in the wings, the beak, the arch of the neck, every aspect formed to realistic perfection. But behind the awe of it, there is fragility in beauty and this seemingly flawless masterpiece isn’t without defect. Its weakness is the very thing that makes it beautiful, the fact that it’s made of something so easily broken.

We can paint a picture in our minds of who our ideal partner might be, but the moment you meet someone that gives you that head over heels rush, you're done for. The standards of opting to not date someone based on likes, dislikes, habits, hobbies, or job titles are all altered because of the way this person shines a light on your life whether it be the way they make you laugh or show they care. What happens when the fairytale comes crashing down around you and you're left questioning what went wrong?
