The Houses of the Zodiac: House #1
Do you know what your birth chart says? Or, do you even know what a birth chart is? Your birth chart is based off of the time, location, and date of your birth. At the time when you were born, every planet and star and thing up there in the universe was in a specific place. Doesn't seem like it matters, but it absolutely does. Your birth chart displays where all those planets and stuff were, and this contributes to the magic that is your personality.

Am I Crazy?
I've been admitted to the psychiatric ward of the hospital three times. You could call me crazy. You could say that I was in the "mad house" or "crazy ward". Maybe it's true, maybe I am crazy. How to Overcome Depression
Before starting treatment for my bipolar disorder, I was suffering with major mood swings. Sometimes I'd be high and on top of the world, like nothing could touch me. But here's some advice that I can give, and hopefully, it helps someone on their journey to a safe and healthy mindset.

But due to the stigma that surrounds mental health in today's society, a lot of people have very close-minded views on illnesses that we can't actually see. Here are five things I've learned about mental health throughout my own struggles with it.
