There are many aspects of being healthy. There's how well you eat and how often you exercise, but there's also how you think. Many people face mental roadblocks when trying to reach their fitness goals. It's common and I'm sure it has happened to everyone at least once. Breaking past those barriers is what's going to help. It helped me when I was just starting to learn how to work out for myself.
What is the difference between a good teacher and a great teacher? Good teachers are nice and teach what they have to. They do fun activities and keep the children engaged. Great teachers inspire students to love learning and to take what they know and apply it to their everyday lives outside of the academic setting. Teachers leave everlasting impressions on their students whether it be good or bad.
Just a little disclaimer: I know everyone has had different educational experiences and that some people may love middle and high school but this is just my take. Maybe you'll be able to relate and if not, that's cool too. I also used pseudonyms for all names in this.
