What are you most grateful for?

What is gratitude to you? Since we all have different things we are appreciative of; a few of the reasons I’m grateful are realizing I am fortunate to appreciate several people in my life who have been there for me and, also for what I have accomplished so far.

What is Gratitude to You

In 2015, National Gratitude Month was started by Stacey Grewal who wanted people to live a happy and fulfilling life.

So, this month is about focusing on the positive things in your life.

If there is something you don’t like; make changes.

Turn lemons into lemonade!

When you put on your happy face and think positively; it can have a positive impact on your health and well-being. At the same time, everything in your life can improve if you take steps to have better relationships. Also, it is essential to continue to grow personally and professionally, and take better care of ourselves.

So, if everyone thought more positively; the world would be a better place for ourselves and others.

You Make a Difference Inspiration Cards

When you are looking to make a difference in someone’s life; these positive cards provide an appreciation for yourself and others.

Show you care!

Meanwhile, these positive inspirational cards can help make a difference in someone else’s life.

In addition, this is a great gift for someone who suffered the loss of a family member, lost their job, or is dealing with something stressful.

Appreciate what you have – Celebrate National Gratitude Month

First and foremost, it is important to be thankful for what we have.

When it comes to things you can do this month to make a difference; I have a few ideas for you.

First, keep a journal and write something positive in it each day.

Secondly, you can start a book or journal and write something each day about someone you appreciate. And, give this to them as a gift.

Show your appreciation to others.

Do something meaningful to help someone or volunteer your services.

Be kind. Visit my Kindness Day post for ways to lift someone else’s spirits.

Give back – do something special for someone to show your gratitude for all they do for you. Whether this is a boss, family member, friend, or mentor; there are lots of clever ways to show your appreciation.

Finally, little things go a long way. For instance, give a generous tip at a restaurant or when you are having a service done i.e., a hair appointment or spa service.

What is Gratitude to You – Enter my Contest

Of course, everyone has different things they are grateful for.

So, this month, my Assistant came up with a great idea about asking everyone to share what they are most grateful for.

Is there someone who has had a positive impact on your life? Or, is there a story you want to share?

Because many individuals have experienced mental health issues due to the Covid-19 pandemic; it is time to embrace others. Indeed, it is more important than ever to show you care.

Being grateful can improve your overall quality of life.

So, this month I am having a contest.

Join my contest which will begin today, Tuesday, November 1st, and go until Monday, November 28th.

To begin, all you have to do is let me know what you have been most grateful for.
