We have been on this journey for over a year and are very excited to finally offer BLACKDOT to the world.

BLACKDOT is scheduled to launch worldwide on September 25th on both App Store and Google Play.

Have you ever found yourself in a scenario where you have come across a post on social media that caught your attention leading to a wild goose chase searching that location/place for reviews? Then subsequently using different search engines to research that place? And an app to route your trip? And finally, another app to share your experience? Well search no more because BLACKDOT is the solution!

Using location-based stories and posts, the user can save locations they come across on BLACKDOT to their interactive map as well as find location details, route their trip and see who has been there from their list of friends – all through the lens of a camera.

In the ever-changing world of technology, creating content has become the number one way we express ourselves. That ranges from an average person to a celebrity. BLACKDOT is the platform anyone can use for reasons other than counting followers and likes. Depending on personal preference, one can use this app in numerous ways.

We are planning a worldwide marketing campaign focusing on different regions of the world. The campaign consists of marketing on social media platforms as well as newspapers and television in various countries.

We have contacted and confirmed celebrities and influencers to be a part of our marketing campaign from North and South America, Africa and Asia. The marketing campaigns consist of video footage from celebrities/influencers that is integrated into creative and fun app demos. We are scheduling a video to be released from one region a week until we are ready to launch.

We have also begun advertising on social media platforms and will soon be published in newspaper articles from different countries. The advertisements we are running on various social media platforms such as YouTube, Facebook and Instagram are doing extremely well. We have not had the need to create an marketing budget that goes towards these celebrities, we have been able to have their participation without it.

So now you must wonder, why should one use BLACKDOT when there are a number of social media apps that are being used around the world. Well the answer to that is very simple. We know who our competitors are and realize that they are either a dying breed or haven’t changed their services since the first time they came to the market.
