OfficeSuite is an excellent Microsoft Office replacement, particularly for mobile devices. It is entirely compatible with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and it also features sophisticated PDF generating facilities. Continue reading our OfficeSuite review to discover more about its key advantages and drawbacks.

When you initially use the program, you'll get a Home view of your latest files. You may access files on your smartphone or any of seven cloud services (including Dropbox and Google Drive) from here, search for files, manage your account, and, of course, create new documents. A bright and dark mode allow for comfortable editing in any situation.

OfficeSuite: Features

Text in OfficeSuite may be readily modified with all of the features you'd expect, like foreground and background color, indentation, alignment and justification, and vertical and horizontal spacing. Although it is not possible to edit or create styles, a list of styles allows for easy switching between headers and paragraph content. It is, however, feasible to replicate formatting from one piece of text to another using a handy Format Painter.

List construction, including hierarchical lists (e.g. 1.2.1, 1.2.2, etc.), is supported, but might be enhanced. Starting a phrase with an asterisk or a hyphen does not produce a list, and there is no method to construct other list styles, so you're left with the basic three: Indents, on the other hand, cycle across list styles, which is fantastic.

There are also a few key parts that are lacking. Unfortunately for academics, there is no citation manager. The Find & Replace option is restricted and does not enable searching styles or Replace All, which is a pity for such a powerful word processor. There is no stylus connection, which is a major disappointment given that same capability is available in Slides. Finally, dynamic charts and graphs cannot be embedded.

We were relieved to discover a capable spreadsheet program. Creating formulae is straightforward, thanks to a huge library of functions organized in easy-to-navigate menus. We were pleased to discover that error parsing takes you to the appropriate section of the equation when typing out functions. It even put in a missing ending parenthesis for you.

You may easily sort rows and columns using sophisticated filtering, as well as organize and validate data. The only notable omissions were data consolidation and What-If analysis, both of which are available in Microsoft Office. Inserting and modifying graphs and charts from data was simple.

OfficeSuite: Mobile and web

OfficeSuite, as previously stated, is accessible on Apple and Android mobile devices. It's also worth noting that it supports Apple Watch, which may be used to control slideshows. On iPadOS, we found OfficeSuite to be responsive, straightforward, and feature-rich. Aside from supporting multiple cloud drives, you can also conduct a simple WiFi file transfer with any computer on your network by directing it to an IP address, which is a fantastic feature. Subscriptions also include 50GB of cloud storage.

OfficeSuite: Pricing

OfficeSuite is free software, although it has extremely restricted functionality. Watermarks are required to print documents, and basic functionality like as spellcheck and columns are not available. Sheets lacks pivot tables and data validation, whereas Slides is completely lacking. If you're seeking for a free word processor or office suite, this may be too basic.

Pay a monthly subscription or a one-time payment for lifetime access. (Image credit: OfficeSuite)

The Personal plan costs $29.99 per year for one user license, while the Group plan costs $49.99 per year for five user licenses. Both come with full applications for Windows, iOS, and Android, as well as full PDF capabilities and 50GB of cloud storage. A free 30-day trial is also available. Finally, lifelong access is offered for $99.99 for the whole Windows-only suite and 5GB of cloud storage.

OfficeSuite: Final verdict

While there are better free choices, if you're willing to pay for the extremely reasonable complete edition, you'll be able to generate great-looking text documents and entertaining slideshows, as well as execute rather extensive data analytics. If you don't need live collaboration facilities or complex word processing features like citation management, handwritten notes, and integrated charts, this is a capable office suite that's also compatible with Microsoft Office.

The competition

OfficeSuite is simple to use and reasonably priced. OnlyOffice provides a highly sophisticated server-based suite beginning at $1200 for up to 50 simultaneous connections if you want more control over your company's data or wish to incorporate a fully working office suite into proprietary applications. If your organization is centered on a Mac, iWork has the obvious benefit of being free and boasting excellent collaborative features.

Microsoft Office 2021 is the best office suite in my opinion. Especially now, when the price is really low in this store: https://royalcdkeys.com/products/microsoft-office-2021-pro-plus-key-phone-retail-global I bought it myself and I must admit that this software is great to use.
