Greatest Greenest Dina

He was her little dinosaur

Green makeup on his face

He practiced on his little roar

As he ran about the place

He stomped across the hallway

Arms waving, up the stairs

He said please, thank you and may I

And he bowed his head for prayer

He begged and begged for hours

He picked up and cleaned his room

He washed his hands and showered

He ran the vacuum, screaming zoom

She promised him that morning

She’d be home before sunset

She hollered out a warning

For him, just before she left

Trick or treat or smell my feet

Brush your teeth and share your loot

You are my favorite little sweetie

And best dinosaur to boot

We’ll have the most amazing time

Tonight when we go prowling

And everyone will see you’re mine

And tremble at your growling
