Murder in Mahim Web Series Review

Guys, we are going to talk about the show Murder in Mahim, released on JioCinema. Does this show deserve your time or not? Let's find out.

Murder in Mahim is based on a novel, and I have not read that novel. Inside the show, you get to see the story of Mahim Station, where some people are being murdered. So now, who is doing this murder and why?

To know, you will have to watch this show, which has eight episodes whose average length is 45 minutes long, and the show is available on JioCinema.

Murder in Mahim Review

If I wanted to review Murder in Mahim for you guys in one line, I would just say that it has a good plot but very bad execution. See, this is a murder mystery show, so there should be a lot of twists in this show, a lot of thrilling moments, and a lot of suspense, which can become an enjoyable ride for us.

So I would like to tell you that its twist is good, the climax is good, and the suspense was quite fun, which was bringing shock waves somewhere, but the execution of the show is completely poor. For sure, this will not prove to be an enjoyable ride for you.

To be honest, I did not enjoy this show at all, be it the police investigation or their way of working; everything is just dull.

Seeing this, I felt that the show was reluctantly prepared and thrown in front of us, that if you want to watch, then watch it; otherwise, let it be; we do not need viewers.

Actors have no doubt done a very good job. Vijay Raaz leads the show, and he is superb, meaning he has done an amazing job. One more amazing thing is all the scenes where his acting was so easy-going that there were no words for praise, which means it was flawless.

The character of the policeman played by Vijay Raaz, sir, is different from all the others; perhaps you have not seen it anywhere before.

Ashutosh Rana is also in the show; his work is also very good, and although his screen space is less, his acting is completely strong.

Negative Points

Friends, I guess this is the first LGBT show that focuses on murder mysteries; otherwise, in other shows, the same Ra#di Rona continues, but I would like to tell you that here the murder mystery has not been handled properly.

I mean, gays and lesbians have been shown in a victimizing way that society is a b*tch and does not allow these people to live.

Let's accept this.

But this thing has been included in the show in such a way that you will feel completely ashamed of being a man or a woman. It means there was no need to make you feel so much regret, meaning the makers have made you feel so much regret that if someone is a man, then he will be criticized as to why you are not gay, and if there is a woman, then she will be criticized as to why she is not a lesbian, meaning seriously, what are you trying to show?

Now, whoever was going to watch this show for thrills, sorry boss.

Talking about production value, it is decent without any doubt, and BGM is nothing special.

Conclusion

Overall, this has become a below-average kind of show in terms of parental guidance, so there are some kissing scenes in the show, and strong language has also been used in one or two places.

So, guys, this was my review of Murder in Mahim, which is available on the JioCinema platform. I hope you enjoy this review ride. Don't forget to subscribe. I will meet you very soon.
