News broke recently of Nyong'o's breakup with her Black African lover just over a month ago. Recently photos surfaced of her on a beach, with a White man identified as a South African.

The photos were spread on Kenyan social media pages like wildfire, however the comments were less than desireable. Lupita who was wearing a swimsuit, was quickly called out for being too thin. Thin specifically because she's dating a white man, there were over 36 thousand emojis on one post, mostly laughing at the caption.

With thousands of people making comments on her body, I'm almost positive that the actress has seen much of the social media backlash about her body. Not only about her body but for her choice of dating a white man shortly after breaking up with a Black African man.

Sadly many people don't seem to care that her weight loss could be from a deep sense of loss from her relationship or for a new movie role. This again though is another example of the deep seeded racism within the Black African community that millions seem to deny exists.

I've said this more than I can count Africa has a racism, colorism and Anti-Blackness culture that no one will talk about. This is from North to Southern Africa and its seems to be getting much worse as Pan-Africanism spreads. When all life started on the African continent, there doesn't seem to be a sense for why all this shit is happening.

Of course I can understand colonialism, yet why isn't the education better about nationality vs skin color? Why are Black Africans also so quick to mock their own skin color? The 'darky & blacky' narrative that I found to be so rampant in Ghana is sickening and it's not only in Ghana either.

In the above Facebook screenshot you can see that over 36.1 thuosand people reacted to this post. There are 9 thousand comments, I was too annoyed to read into the comments sections. However mostly men were the ones shaming her body, because her newest lover is a white man.

People tried to point out that she was possibly heart broken, but this didn't work out for many.

Once even the Kenyan government trolled Lupita when they claimed that they hadn't seen or heard from her.

Lupita Nyong'o is reflecting on her recent heartbreak.

The Oscar winner revealed in October that she and boyfriend Selema Masekela had ended their relationship. In a new cover story for NET-A-PORTER’s digital title PORTER, Nyong'o, 40, discussed why she chose to open up about the situation on social media at the time.

"I was living in a lot of pain and heartbreak," she said. "I looked at the environment of my social media and thought I don’t want to be a part of this illusion that everything is always coming up roses. Surely there is a lesson for me to learn in this, and I just want to be real about it."

"It was because I felt sure about it," Nyong'o said of her decision to be open with her fans. She added of her past policy on keeping relationships to herself: "That was very, very sage of me. I’m going back to those days, by the way."

New man? Lupita Nyong’o spotted holding hands with actor Joshua Jackson weeks after split from boyfriend

The Oscar winner made a valiant attempt - albeit unsuccessfully - to duck out of view when arriving with the "Dawson's Creek" star to Erewhon in L.A. Monday. Lupita ducked in the passenger's seat, but was still spotted.

Despite their foiled plan, Joshua continued to maintain the illusion of a solo outing as he headed into the store first ... with Lupita following suit minutes later.

While the pair have yet to confirm their relationship, their shenanigans suggest their relationship is beyond friendship.

Joshua and Lupita have known each other for years … with their connection seemingly heating up in October at Janelle Monáe's concert.
