Sir Keir Starmer: New Border Command.
Sir Keir Starmer has been waxing lyrical about how He would tackle illegal migration. Sir Keir today was stood at the podium in Dover, Kent, the seat of His new MP Natalie Elphicke who defected from the Conservatives. Ms. Elphicke defected on Wednesday before Prime Minister's Question Time. Ms. Elphicke has a reputation for being on the right of politics. What does Ms. Elphicke see in Keir Starmer's Labour Party that made her shift? Many in the party are unhappy with Natalie Elphicke now being in Labour's ranks. Just the same, Sir Keir welcomed her into Labour's ranks. The wheels coming off Sunak's wagon could be another reason Ms. Elphicke defected.

Cameron Will Not Agree to Proscribe IRGC as A Terrorist Group.
When David Cameron ended His political career He probably thought as did the rest of us, that was the end of His career. Cameron believed that the rest of His life would be memoirs, after dinner talks, and appearing with the UK's former Prime Ministers at ceremonies like the Cenotaph during 'Remembrance Sunday'.

Iran and Israel: Dangerous Game.
Israel and Iran have been locked in a deadly duel for decades. Ever since Ayatollah Khomeini came to power in 1979, both nations have been at loggerheads. Israel did help Iran briefly, in the First Gulf War of 1980 - 1981. Iraq was a common enemy of Israel and Iran. Israel helped the Iranians with weapons. Sadly, that moment in history is a blip in an otherwise confrontational relationship.

Who Are The Real Marxist-Leninists Now?
The Evolution of Political Ideologies: A Critical Analysis The Lebanese-American InfraRed (InfraHaz) presents a thought-provoking examination of the evolution of political ideologies, particularly within leftist movements, and their potential transition towards authoritarianism (or a type of authoritarian capitalist fascism). He touches upon the influence of external forces, the rise of extremist movements, and the erosion of individual freedoms in the face of increasing authoritarian tendencies. This essay aims to analyze the key themes and arguments presented in one of Infrared's speeches, contextualize them within historical and political frameworks, and explore their implications for contemporary society.

UK May Suspend Arms Sales to Israel.
Benjamin Netanyahu quickly took the airwaves saying the IDF had struck a 'World Central Kitchen' convoy by mistake. Netanyahu expressed his grief over "innocent people" and that the strike was "unintentional". Spokesman for the IDF Daniel Hagari also repeated the same words. However, how sincere Netanyahu and Hagarai are remains known only to them.

Wildlife
After frightening the residents for months, a massive crocodile has finally been apprehended by the authorities. For several months, the 14.1-foot-long crocodile had been prowling the town of Cordelia in north Queensland, Australia, menacingly pursuing household and agricultural animals and consuming chickens.

Hitler Syndrome
Introduction These are some observations with examples on how bad and evil situations are defended because some positive is found in the situation. I have seen Hitler defended because brought Germany to full employment by mobilising the military, by introducing motorways and the Volkswagen Beetle so that everyone could own a car.

Bring Back the Maccabee Version
Max Romeo, the reggae artist, released a song in 1976 titled “Maccabee Version”. I remember hearing it as a boy in Jamaica. At some point, I became aware of something the Rastafarians called the “Maccabee version” of the Bible. They believed the Bible had been altered and the Maccabee was an older, more correct version. That's what Romeo's song was about. It implored people to "bring back Maccabee version".

George Galloway: "I Despise Sunak"!
No one would have thought in a 'month of Sundays' that George Galloway and His Workers Party of Britain would win the Rochdale By-election. Labour's Muslim MP lost the backing of the Labour Party after alleged anti-Semitic statements. So, many pundits have proposed that Mr. Galloway won because of Labour not having a candidate. A local businessman and independent David Tully, came second.

Sir Keir: "Lasting Ceasefire in Gaza".
We have all been horrified by the Hamas attack on Israelis on October 7. Where Hamas killed 1,200 Israelis and took many hostage. We knew Israel being Israel, would hit back. However, many have been and are taken aback by how hard Israel has hit back. Killing 28,000 civilians, taking out churches and mosques, medical facilities, education facilities, etc. Killing it seems, very few Hamas fighters. 300 or so IDF soldiers are dead with countless others injured. Hamas no doubt, has been and will be decimated, however, it remains intact.

Egypt Puts Tanks on Border.
Egypt has been busy while Israel has been levelling Gaza. Egypt has been building a reinforced wall on the border with Gaza. As Israel is now prepping to attack Rafah (the supposed last bastion of Hamas) Egypt has also put tanks and armoured personnel carriers on the border with Gaza. Rafah is the last major city in Gaza before you enter Egypt. The Egyptians do not want streams of Palestinians entering their territory. Hence their building a wall and putting their military equipment on the border. Egypt does not want Hamas operatives seeking refuge in its country. It also wants Gazans to stay in Gaza. It does not want Palestinians to be pushed out of their land. If they are then they would be Egypt's responsibility.
