Be comfortable in your skin
Skin bears the marks of experience
Be at home in your body
Bodies change like earth’s landscape
Your mind will play tricks on you
To see if you’re paying attention
Love will blossom in new ways
Learn well the rhythm of your heart
Your choices are yours alone
The path is uncertain
Youth is fleeting
