What Matters
You Can’t Take It With You
No matter the friendships, the people you know
No matter your homes or the parties you throw
No matter your travels, the places you went
No matter your luck or the winnings you spent
No matter your riches in any amount
No matter your lovers too many to count
No matter your jewelry, the fanciest car
No matter your treasures whatever they are
No matter your schooling, your many degrees
No matter the options to do as you please
No matter how awesome with ego to spare
No matter how gifted, your personal flair
No matter your trophies or pelts on the wall
No matter your wealth that could benefit all
No matter your status, the power you wield
No matter the secrets you’ve never revealed
No matter the future that’s built on your past
No matter the trappings we know never last
When invested in pleasures, your profit is sin
If you forfeited heaven, then what did you win
