ah, sweet dreams
in my dreams
i become one with the moon and stars
in my dreams
i am nothing and everything
all at once
in my dreams
i am the me i see in my mind
grand and confident and happy
so happy
in my dreams
i am weightless and stressless
i am a me that is not me
a me that is perfect
in my dreams
my greatest wishes
all come to fruition
and become the reality
in my mind
in my dreams
i dance on the clouds
and smile blissfully at a world
that i do not and cannot know
in my dreams
i am alive and fulfilled and content
before my heavy eyelids twitch
and i awaken from it all
