Once a small triceratops

Was gently tending to his crops

He’d leeks and grains

And green plantains

And basil growing tall.

/

And while that small triceratops

Tended happily to his crops,

Something caused the grass to fuss,

A pack of compsognathus!

They’d come to steal it all.

/

Thus then that small triceratops

Had to defend his precious crops,

The green plantains

And leeks and grains

And basil from the brawl.

/

Roared loud that small triceratops,

And swung a bunch of carrot tops,

His aim was true,

Those dinos flew

And splat against the wall.

/

Safe now, that small triceratops

Turned back once more to growing crops

He worked with pride

And confident stride

No longer feeling small.
