I break myself into bits you can swallow

This is my body, and I give it up for you

Coiled desires at the bottom of a bottle

This is my blood, and I give it up for you

It is right to give you thanks and praise.

Through him, with him, in him

I worship you, in everlasting adulation

Eat from my bread, and drink from my cup

Until you come in glory

Do this in memory of me.
