In The End
All We Need
In a day to see so many lost
A song once sung
Has come to a stop with cost
Eyes in pain
Cry for help
Give with no gain
Some feel sure
That the time is too dire
As no way to cure
A soul in need
What can we do
How do we feed
Yet what will show care
To one in a dark hour
That will heal, if we dare
Is to open the door,
Hold the hand, hug away fear
A kind word will lift
In the end
Love is the gift

Beautiful work, Cindy!
A gift of love, nothing like it, nice poem cindy 😊
Beautiful poem.
Oh I love how uplifting this was! We can always be vulnerable in front of the ones we love!
A thoughtful reminder that at the end of anything, even when we feel helpless or hopeless, love is still the thing that can lift someone, if even for a moment. Beautiful.
Absolutely beautiful, Cindy!
Beautiful and so true!!! Loved this!!!
We seem to be on the same page with this challenge: the importance of touch, etc. Excellent work!
