Dear Sunday,
where'd you find me?
I've been winding through
these lazy days;
emptiness
and nothingness
are soon (to be)
behind me...
and soon I'll break
(from this)
persistent haze.
"All or Nothing" I am not;
Dear Sunday,
I am something, even though
(I may be)
"something" tied in knots...
Oh, Sunday,
I feel blue today, but I know
I'll get through today, (and)
come Monday
I'll have risen up above my
thoughts.
