Swallow shame like a shot of tequila-

Let it burn inside of you.

Allow the pain to massage your inner world

To numb your nerves.

Cast away guilt when you have done nothing wrong

and hold the fort when you are being attacked.

Choose the right-sided way up

when faced with topsy turvy ideas and values.

Find the strength from within

and extinguish any external temptation.

Know that reality is within your reach

when you are determined to encounter it.

Don't be fooled by niceties

as these could be deceptions.

Don't be afraid to stay silent

as being neutral is better than being negative.

Stand firm with your virtues and

show solidarity for the truth.

Be like the common man

but also be the person that represents aspiration.

Be aware of stagnant minds

and break the barriers with reasoning.
