Among Us the game has recently became the talk of the town. It's an online multiplayer social deduction game. There are two roles: each player can only take one out of the two role, either as a Crewmate or an Imposter.

The game is simple and straightforward. You can host or join a server, making it public or private. A maximum of 10 players in a server and you can choose the colors of your character. You can customize the settings of your game and character, which is changing the number of Imposters and/or the number of tasks you have to do.

The tasks are easy, but what is not, is figuring out the Imposters. If you're playing with strangers, nothing can be ruined. But, if you're playing with your friends, this is where it ruins your friendship. And I meant, it really ruins your friendship.

When it comes to trust, you can never trust anyone in the game. No one. And I legit mean, NO ONE. Only trust yourself. Once the game start, you can bet all the trust just flies out the window like it never exists. Even if you're playing with your partner, you can never trust them.

Among Us is the best next game that ruins friendship right after Monopoly. Your friends, who are the Imposter, will kill you. Not only will they kill you, they will make sure they direct all the blame to anyone and everyone except themselves. They will vote against you. They will do ANYTHING in their power to keep themselves alive. And I legit meant ANYTHING.

They may work with their partner going around and killing people, just so they have a witness with them. In this game, you need to prove your innocence. By making sure you're at least with someone or far away from the place of the murder. Sometimes, even with witness, they will still be able to divert all the attention from them to you.

Among Us is a game you need to use your brain to figure things out as well as discussing with everyone, including the Imposters. If you see a dead body? HIT REPORT. If you see the Imposter killed someone, HIT REPORT. and make it known to everyone who the Imposter are, so everyone can vote them off.

Even when you died and has become a ghost, you can still always finish your task. So, don't worry about it. Keep playing like it is and the best thing is that no one can see you but your ghost friends.

However, just because this game ruins friendship, it doesn't mean it's a horrible game. It's a good game. Fun to play with friends and strangers. You can play Among Us anywhere and anytime as long as you have your phone and a stable internet connection. There's a chat option in game for you to type if you don't have voice chat or if you're playing with strangers. There's not voice chat in game, hence, you'll have to do it by Discord or any other application.

Among Us is available on your Play Store or Apple Store. They are free to download and play on your phone. It is also available on Steam for about $4. It's a cheap, within budget game. And it has multiple maps for you to play. If you're unsure of how the game works, hit up YouTube and find your favourite gaming YouTuber. I'm sure they will have at least one video of Among Us on their channel. Or any other gaming YouTuber. So head over and watch how the game works, and if it's right up on your alley, go grab yourself a copy of it and start playing!

All in all, it's a relatively simple game, but it can be really addictive. Hop onto this bandwagon and join the fun! See you in the game if you're playing it as well! And good luck to all the Impostors out there, you need it.
