While money cannot ensure pleasure, financial stability and security can contribute to a stronger sense of well-being. Having sufficient resources to cover our fundamental requirements and live comfortably can alleviate stress and create a sense of security.

Flow and Engagement: Being fully absorbed and engaged in an activity while in a state of flow can bring enormous satisfaction. Time seems to fly when we are actively immersed in something that corresponds with our interests and skills.

Acts of compassion: It has been established that acts of compassion and altruism increase happiness levels. Helping others, volunteering, and performing random acts of kindness help not only those who receive our generosity but also give us with a sense of fulfillment and purpose.

Emotional Well-Being: It is critical to our happiness that we take care of our emotional health. This involves stress management, healthy emotional expression, getting help when required, and engaging in self-care activities that enhance emotional well-being.
