A truly generational talent he was signed from Feyenoord for £650,000 in 1997 and went on to help Celtic put a stop to Rangers' ten-in-a-row bid in his first season.
One of only three men to score over 100 goals and also assist over 100 he will go down in Celtic folklore as a club legend.
