The Un-Experiment (the beginning)
It was on my mind for some time to start a blog, but the subject matter eluded me. I brainstormed for days and then brainstormed some more until I came to the completely rational conclusion that I had no good ideas, or at least none that made any kind of cohesive sense.

I wasn't going to even write this down, because it will likely be mentally draining, but maybe someone out there can identify. We can be bosom buddies of neglect. Wonder twins of indifference. Partners in parental apathy. We'll clearly need to work on our team names.

A Step Back
Let me be honest–it's hard to want to continue to help and be nice as of late. Being kind and paying it forward are things I strive to do all the time, but I've encountered so much rudeness, hate, and selfishness or in worse cases, apathy. As one more person lets a door shut in my face, or cuts me off while driving, says terrible things online, or just doesn't seem to care at all, it's a real struggle to want to be better, to give more of myself away.
