The Moon Stood Still

The moon stood still as it often will in between now and together time.

If you will, a sort of pause like a comma, or an after thought was the sky then. A tempered sky with no shortcomings since there were many orbiting around it.

So there stood the moon brazenly off the window sill and if you squinted it teetered just a bit. With a half-lit shadow across the land.

So what story did the moon tell then? All about the beginning of time since it was one of the few who had witnessed it. One of the few that blew it a kiss, time that is.

First the eye gathered the impression of it. Then a small hand touched the window glass and discovered the smooth surface of it. I touched the moon, the thought was happy and life is as simple as that. Believe what you feel, believe what you want but just be happy. Wisdom can come from across the sky and our meaning is just a reflection in it.
