Evangelist held out hopes of a coming, yet to be seen

Christian teachings from Acts to Revelations, that spoke the blackening of the sun

Lo, the beliefs from which the ancients drew their understanding

Imbued with beliefs of love and relationships, unhappy gods, devourings, plots of revenge, or sickness and death

Profound meanings drawn from the natural acts of celestial bodies

Shout the shadowing of the sun

Eternal in the sky, the eye of heaven will always and forever shine
