A SHORT STORY ABOUT HONESTY
Moral story
So every week there used to be a former who
sold a baker a pound of butter.
following a few weeks of purchasing one pound of
the farmer's butter
To weigh the butter, the baker
that he obtained to make sure it was
a complete pound, in fact
The baker discovered after waiting that
The butter weighed less than one pound, so
infuriated him
He believed that he was being duped, and he
opted to prosecute the farmer
when appearing in court
The farmer was asked how he was by the judge.
Weighing the butter
The farmer remarked
honor, I'm destitute and don't own an
precise measuring device, but I do have a
size
The judge enquired as to whether the farmer had used
The measurement
If you attempt to deceive people
You'll be taken advantage of again in return.
as a learned man once stated
You can con everyone, including your parents.

and it's easier the more honest you are
That is to have faith in other people.
